Loan Bank

SWAAAC Assistive Technology items are available for loan for students in all of Colorado’s Public Schools. Each school district or BOCES has a trained specialist, often called the Team Coordinator. Team Coordinators as well as designated Part C providers are able to check out items from our loan bank.

We do ask you to complete a number of surveys in the course of your loan from the SWAAAC loan bank. We apologize for the time this takes; however, it is necessary for us to provide this data in order to receive funds to continue to operate the loan bank.

Electronic Loan Bank Application
New loan bank requests should be submitted by utilizing the SWAAAC Loan Bank Store Front. All requests for equipment must come from the SWAAAC Team Coordinators or designated early childhood provider.
